How to Consume
Shaker cup: Add water, milk, or non-dairy milk (such as almond, cashew, or oat) to a shaker cup and add 1-2 scoops of whey isolate. Shake vigorously and enjoy!
Smoothie: Add your favourite smoothie ingredients and 1-2 scoops of whey isolate. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
When to Consume
Whey Isolate Protein can be consumed any time of the day, but it's most commonly taken 30-60 minutes after a workout, or during a meal to increase daily protein intake.
I only take about half a scoop every day and this is a good size
