How to Consume
Shaker cup: Add water, milk, or non-dairy milk (such as almond, cashew, or oat) to a shaker cup and add 1-2 scoops of whey isolate. Shake vigorously and enjoy!
Smoothie: Add your favourite smoothie ingredients and 1-2 scoops of whey isolate. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
When to Consume
Whey Isolate Protein can be consumed any time of the day, but it's most commonly taken 30-60 minutes after a workout, or during a meal to increase daily protein intake.

I couldn’t believe how good this shake was. It had a great flavour kick, smelled good, and gave me energy. My only problem was that it was hard to drink it slowly because it was so delicious.
The cinnamon dolce is a delicious protein powder. Not a heavy cinnamon which I liked. It does have a slight aftertaste from the sucralose, but just follow with a little water and you'll be fine. Add more or less water or milk depending how sweet you like it.
Use this to make my overnight oats and it blends easily and is so delicious
