Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out support@floranu.com, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at support@floranu.com and we can further assist you.

**Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

International shipments:

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Incorrect Address:

Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, for example Canada Post, to change your address.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, FLORA NU CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THE ORDER.
