Be aware that this company doesn't reply to any emails or any social messages. I honestly think they have no customer service at all to deal with orders. I had placed an order over a month ago and it still hasn't been received - it hasn't even been shipped yet! Definitely disappointing as they have fulfilled two other orders I've placed - but now I have to take further measures to get my money back. I would not recommend as it's not worth the risk.

If i could give a 0-star rating, I would. I placed an order on November 16th. It was shipped on November 17th. I kept a lookout for the tracking, but absolutely nothing changed in the tracking information for almost a month now. Canada Post can’t do anything for me because they can only deal with the sender. I’ve sent three emails and sent three DMs over Instagram, and commented on several of their Instagram posts, but I haven’t heard anything back from FloraNu. They have even posted on Instagram since I’ve messaged them. They are not a good company, they have absolutely vanished, and by the looks of it, there are at least four other people who are going through the same thing as me. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Was excited to try this but never received order and company disappeared and won’t respond. Would not recommend to anyone.
