How to Consume
Shaker cup: Add water or non-dairy milk (such as almond, cashew, or oat) to a shaker cup and add 1-2 scoops of whey isolate. Shake vigorously and enjoy!
Smoothie: Add your favourite smoothie ingredients and 1-2 scoops of vegan protein. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
When to Consume

As an avid gym-goer, I am always looking for shakes to include in my diet. I didn't try the Chocolate Shake, but I tried their Daily Greens Legumes. The latter was not my cup of tea at all and that has made me hesitant to try the Chocolate flavor. In their defense, this is probably better blended in with a smoothie (as their name states "Protein Blend") - I tried it in water as I don't always have time to make smoothies. It'll be a pass from me, but I appreciate the opportunity to try!
