Energy Balls

Energy balls are quick and simple. Make enough for a week's worth of breakfast bites! For up to a week, keep in a refrigerator in an airtight container.


  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with clean hands
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls and place onto plate or tray with parchment paper
  3. Place in the refrigerator for 30-min or overnight
