Strawberry Banana Smoothie

We're a sucker for smoothies 🤤 They are so versatile and perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a late night treat. There's also so many flavour options when you combine different ingredients together! This Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe gives you a light, smooth, creamy texture that is perfect for a hot summer day ☀️ 
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (either Whey or Vegan)
  • 1 handful of ice 
  • 1 cup milk, either non-dairy milk (P.S. our fave is here!) or cow's milk 
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries 


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth 
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite garnishes (we suggest a natural granola, raspberries, and cacao nibs!)
