Strawberry Banana Smoothie
We're a sucker for smoothies š¤¤ They are so versatile and perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a late night treat. There's also so many flavour options when you combine different ingredients together! This Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe gives you a light, smooth, creamy texture that is perfect for a hot summer day āļøĀ
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (eitherĀ WheyĀ orĀ Vegan)
- 1 handful of iceĀ
- 1 cup milk, either non-dairy milk (P.S. our fave isĀ here!) orĀ cow'sĀ milkĀ
- Ā½ banana
- Ā½ cup frozen strawberriesĀ
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth ļ»æ
- Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite garnishes (we suggest a natural granola, raspberries, and cacao nibs!)
