Summer Breeze Smoothie

Woo it's hot out there! This Summer Breeze Smoothie is sure to quench your thirst in this summer heat and give you all the great nutrients to keep those summer vibes rollin' ☀️ 
Ingredients
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (either Whey or Vegan)
  • 1 handful of ice 
  • 1 cup milk, either non-dairy milk (P.S. our fave is here!) or cow's milk 
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple OR mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth 
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve with your favourite garnishes (we suggest a natural granola, raspberries, and cacao nibs!)
